Team & Leadership
Krunoslav Weinpert has worked in SMD communication technology since 1986 — nearly four decades of hands-on engineering, beginning under the mentorship of engineers whose technical lineage traced back to Apollo-era space communication systems. That early grounding in precision electronics became a lifelong discipline.
His own service as a soldier during Croatia's Homeland War gave him direct, first-hand insight into the gap between what a soldier carries and what a soldier actually needs in the field — the gap POINTERS GAARD™ is built to close.
The development team pairs highly qualified engineers — across embedded systems, RF and satellite communications, sensor design and AI — with senior military advisors: high-ranking officers with over 40 years of military experience, including veterans who served in Croatia's Homeland War from its earliest days. This combination of deep technical expertise and decades of operational command shapes every design decision.
Development is further supported by a research partnership with the Ruđer Bošković Institute — Croatia's leading scientific institution — and built on components sourced from leading EU, US, Japanese, Korean and UK technology providers. Proven global technology, engineered in Croatia.
